逼近分辨率极限的相干衍射成像:在超高数值孔径的相干衍射成像中,基于严格夫琅禾费衍射直接求解埃瓦尔德球空间的衍射光场分布,同时通过严格的模型计算将笛卡尔空间采集的衍射光场映射至埃瓦尔德球空间。完全消除超高数值孔径下的埃尔瓦德球效应,为高数值孔径、分辨率极限的相干衍射成像提供一种全新的成像范式。
