在英文公证书中，兹证明一般用“This is to certify that”来表示，例如下面的学历公证：

兹证明，学生李明，性别男，一九九七年六月二十日生。于二零零四年九月至二零零八年七月在本校法律专业四年制本科学习，修完教学计划规定的全部课程，成绩合格，准予毕业。

This is to certify that Li Ming (male , born on June 20, 1997), having completed the four-year LLB program in our University from September 2004 to July 2008, has successfully fulfilled all the courses provided in our teaching plan, and thus being permitted to leave with this graduation certificate.

此外，需要注意的一点是，翻译公证书中的人民时，不需要将姓放在名的后面。例如“李明”翻译成“Li Ming”就可以，不需要翻译成“Ming Li”。
