Xinxin, graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law, is a member of the Australian Hongli Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a lifetime member of the Hangzhou Chinese Painting Academy, a registered financial planner in the United States, a new member of the Metropolitan Senior Life Insurance Planner Wang Jifeng Club, and a 13 year veteran of Alibaba.In her nearly 30-year career, she has traveled to more than 20 countries around the world, integrating her rich life experiences and unique insights into the rapidly changing pace of life into her paintings. After studying under the renowned oil painter Liu Yunhuan in 2013, Impressionist oil painting techniques became her direction of exploration. She inherited the sense of virtual and real control of Impressionist techniques, as well as sharp brushstrokes and a strong sense of rhythm. She is not bound by traditional techniques, bringing infinite imagination space to people, which reflects the passion of new forces for re understanding and re creating Impressionism in a global perspective.She held an art exhibition with her teacher at Tang Yun Art Museum in 2019, which was highly praised by industry insiders. In 2023, he was awarded the title of "spokesperson for traditional Chinese culture" and the honorary title of "model figure in contemporary Chinese art". In the same year, his works were included in the large-scale art collections "Classics of Chinese Powerful Calligraphers and Painters" and "Chinese Contemporary Art Masters", and his works were included in the 2024 Taiwan Calendar published by China Art Publishing House. He was specially recommended by CCTV as a key artist for the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Xinxin has been invited to participate in exhibitions such as the West Lake Art Expo, Huzhou Shanlian Art Museum, and Wushan Pinyue Art Museum. In August 2024, the work was selected for the 2nd Online Art Exchange Exhibition in Sydney, Australia. The work was displayed on the Sydney Calligraphy and Painting Network and won a gold medal.

在近30年的职业生涯中，她游历全球二十多个国家，她把丰富的人生经历和对于迅速更迭的生活节奏的独特感悟，融入画中，2013年师从著名油画家刘运环老师后，印象派油画技法成为她探求的方向，她继承了印象派技法的虚实控制感，又不乏犀利的笔触和极强的节奏感，她不受传统技法的约束，带给人无限的想象空间，这体现了新生力量在全球视野下，对印象派的再理解再创作的激情。
她于2019年在唐云美术馆和老师共同举办了画展，受到业内人士的高度评价。2023年，被授予“中华传统文化代言人”称号、“中国当代艺坛榜样人物”荣誉称号，同年，其作品入编大型画集《中国实力派书画名家经典》、《中国当代艺术名家》，作品被收录于由中国美术出版社出版的2024年台历，被中央电视台特别推荐为建国74周年重点艺术家。信欣曾受邀参加西湖艺术博览会、湖州善琏美术馆展画展、吴山品悦艺术馆展等。2024年8月，作品入选澳洲悉尼第二届线上艺术交流展，作品在澳洲悉尼书画网展示，并荣获金奖。
