一、产区特点:Characteristics of the production area:

1、地处亚热带季风气候区,境内兼有三种不同的气候类型:内半县属中亚热带,外半县属南亚热带,千米以上山地属北亚热带。年平均气温20.4℃,年平均降水量1685.9毫米,年日照时长1500~2200小时,气候温和,温润多雨,热量充足。

2、永春县90%以上的果园为山地栽培,通风透光,日照充足,日夜温差大,山地红壤土层深厚,地下水位低,根系发达,利于果实养分积累‌。

3、永春芦柑基本种植在南亚热带北段红壤山地上,砖红壤土层深厚,地下水位低,为芦柑的栽培创造了绝佳的自然生长环境

四、如何挑选how to choose:

1、正宗芦柑的果皮光滑、无突点、无伤痕、软硬适中的芦柑。

2、芦柑的大小要适中,太大的芦柑可能过度生长,口感不佳,太小的则可能未成熟。建议选择大小适中的芦柑‌。

3、优质的永春芦柑颜色为深黄色或橘色,避免选择表面打蜡的芦柑,因为这些芦柑可能经过处理,不够自然‌。

4、正宗的永春芦柑果脐凹陷,这样的芦柑糖分含量更高,口感更好。如果果脐凸出,则口感较差‌。
