王芝意，字福生，号义仁，生于 1948 年,甘肃白银人。中国楹联学会会员，中国高级书画创作师、中国国家一级书法师、中华人民共和国书法大家、国际殿堂级艺术大师、世界文学界功勋艺术家、CCTV 央视书画频道签约艺术家、中国实力派书画家、高级工程师。现任中国书画家协会副主席，中央美术学院书法系客座教授、中国硬笔书法协会副教授、国宝级央新名人档案：“特聘名誉主席”、中国书画艺术非遗传承委员会常务副主席、中央电视台 CCTV 文化强国“高级智库首席专家”沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事、美丽中国栏目组特邀导师、中华文化促进会美育工作委员会艺术顾问、中国书画交易中心艺委会主席、中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长、中国一品堂书院名誉院长。退休于甘肃中医药大学。出版的学术专著有《敦煌外治法》、《释商》——事业·人生·思想。

He is a member of the Chinese Association of Couplet Writers, a senior Chinese calligraphy and painting creator, a firstclass calligrapher in the People's Republic of China, a famous calligrapher in the People's Republic of China, a world literary figure, a signed of CCTV's calligraphy and painting channel, a powerful Chinese calligrapher and painter, a senior engineer.
