PV全称:Production Validation 生产验证试样:C样(全工装量产件)阶段:设计冻结完成、全工装量产状态达成后目的:验证量产工艺、制程一致性、批量稳定性、量产可靠性核心:用真正量产模具/设备做出的零件做验证。流程正确顺序。1.A样 → 概念可行性验证2.B样 → DV设计验证3.DV合格 → Design Freeze 设计冻结4.开全工装 → 产出C样5.C样 → PV生产验证6.PV通关 → 启动PPAP7.PPAP含产能爬坡、产线压力测试、量产能力确认
