When grains swell soft yet not fully ripe,
Summer breathes mild across the countryside.
Three phases trace the nature’s gentle pace,
No excess gain, no hurried chase.

Bitter herbs bear gifts of early dew,
Plain seasonal tastes calm heart anew.
Seek not the utmost perfect height,
Let mild abundance light your sight.

All things thrive in moderate span,
Lesser fullness calms mortal man.
Content with half-filled joy we own,
Peace settles deep within our bone.

籽粒初盈，尚未圆满
清风入夏，天地悠然
三候循时序，万物皆从容
不求极致满，不逐世间匆

苦菜凝晨露，清味润心宁
顺时品风物，恬淡自澄明

世间诸事，恰到好处便是佳景
凡事留白，适度方得安宁
心怀半盈之悦，不贪圆满
岁岁小满，岁岁安然
