2026年，我们见证了国际书画巨匠的诞生。他们或扎根于宣纸与墨色的传统，他们的创作不再局限于地域标签，而是以开放的心态汲取东西方美学精髓，在传统与创新的张力中寻找平衡。从东方“留白”的哲学到西方构成主义的秩序，从书法线条的韵律到抽象表现的张力，这些巨匠的作品既是文化的桥梁，也是时代的镜像。

王芝意，字福生，号义仁，生于1948年,甘肃白银人。中国楹联学会会员，中国高级书画创作师、中国国家一级书法师、中华人民共和国书法大家、国际殿堂级艺术大师、世界文学界功勋艺术家、CCTV央视书画频道签约艺术家、中国实力派书画家、高级工程师。现任中国书画家协会副主席，中央美术学院书法系客座教授、中国硬笔书法协会副教授、国宝级央新名人档案：“特聘名誉主席”、中国书画艺术非遗传承委员会常务副主席、中央电视台CCTV文化强国“高级智库首席专家”沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事、美丽中国栏目组特邀导师、中华文化促进会美育工作委员会艺术顾问、中国书画交易中心艺委会主席、中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长、中国一品堂书院名誉院长。退休于甘肃中医药大学。出版的学术专著有《敦煌外治法》、《释商》——事业·人生·思想。

近年来，先后多次获得书法展奖励和荣誉称号、 2021年6月由中国书画家协会和中国国际文学艺术界联合会授予 “中国实力派书画家” 荣誉称号。2021年8月，由中国文学艺术界联合会和中国文化发展中心授予：2021“艺术传承人物”。2021年11月由中国书画家协会聘为：“副主席”。

2022年1月由中国文化艺术人才库专家评审组审核通过授予：“2021年度优秀文艺工作者”。2022年1月经中国文学艺术界联合会审定授予：“中国书画艺术家百佳人物”荣誉称号。2022年3月由中华国礼艺术评定中心和艺术家查询中心授予：“特别推荐艺术家荣誉称号”并颁发了荣誉证书。2022年4月被聘为：“沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事"一职。2022年7月1日由中央电视台CCTV文化强国智库专家评审组委会评审为：“智库首席专家”。22年8月2日由中国研创非物质文化遗产授予：“全国第一批非物质文化遗产创新人才”荣誉称号。2022年12月由中国艺术名家交流中心授予“中国当代世界级艺术家”称号。

Wang Zhiyi, styled Fusheng and known by his pseudonym Yiren, was born in 1948 in Baiyin, Gansu Province. He is a member of the China Couplet Society, a senior calligraphy and painting artist in China, a national first-level calligraphy master in China, a renowned calligraphy artist of the People's Republic of China, an international hall-of-fame art master, a meritorious artist in the world literary community, a contracted artist of CCTV's calligraphy and painting channel, a prominent calligraphy and painting artist in China, and a senior engineer. He currently serves as the vice chairman of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, a visiting professor in the calligraphy department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, an associate professor of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, and is listed in the national treasure-level archives of the Central New Celebrities as a "specially appointed honorary chairman". He is also the executive vice chairman of the China Calligraphy and Painting Art Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Committee, a senior director of the expert group of Shen Peng Calligraphy Art Studio, a senior expert of the "senior think tank" of CCTV's Cultural Power program, a specially invited mentor of the Beautiful China column team, an art consultant of the Art Education Working Committee of the China Cultural Promotion Association, the chairman of the Art Committee of the China Calligraphy and Painting Trading Center, the honorary curator of the China International Art Museum, and the honorary dean of the China Yipin Tang Academy. He retired from Gansu University of Chinese Medicine. His published academic works include "Dunhuang External Treatment Methods" and "Interpreting Commerce" - Career, Life, and Thought.

In recent years, he has repeatedly received awards and honorary titles for his calligraphy exhibitions. In June 2021, he was awarded the honorary title of "Chinese Strong-Capability Calligrapher and Painter" by the China Calligraphers and Painters Association and the China International Literature and Art Publishing House. In August 2021, he was awarded the title of "Artistic Heritage Figure" by the China Literature and Art Publishing House and the China Cultural Development Center. In November 2021, he was appointed as the "Vice Chairman" by the China Calligraphers and Painters Association.

In January 2022, the expert review panel of the Chinese Culture and Art Talent Database approved and awarded him the title of "Outstanding Literary and Artistic Worker of 2021". In January 2022, he was approved by the China Literature and Art Publishing House and awarded the honorary title of "Top 100 Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Artists". In March 2022, he was awarded the honorary title of "Specially Recommended Artist" by the China National Gift Art Evaluation Center and the Artist Inquiry Center, and a certificate of honor was issued. In April 2022, he was appointed as a senior director of the expert group of Shen Peng Calligraphy Art Studio. In November 2023, he was appointed as a visiting professor of the Calligraphy Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts by the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
