杨达，陕西凤翔人，曾为陕西省和宝鸡市七、八、九、十、十二届政协委员，现任香港书法家协会副主席、中央艺术名家书画院副院长、客座教授、全国书画艺术委员会常务理事。中国民主建国会会员，中央电视台 CCTV《中国艺术名家》栏目特聘艺术顾问。授予中央电视台中国当代艺术名家书画工作室，中国美术家协会陕西分会会员，国家文化部翰墨艺术研究会研究员、国家文化高级书法师、中国东方文化研究会书法研究员、香港美术家协会副主席，国礼艺术家特邀顾问、获国宝级艺术大师殊荣。

2022年 5 月荣获中华百年英才殊荣，5 副作品入选中国高等院校美术课范本，入选当代艺术名家档案，作品入选中国美术百科。
