Organised by Kinetic Dance Academy and co-organised by the International Performer Association (IPA), this edition marks a historic milestone as Malaysia's first and only global Chinese performing arts platform to be officially recognised as a CID-UNESCO (International Dance Council – UNESCO) Official Support Partner.
【马来西亚·吉隆坡，2026年6月9日】第五届全球华人共此声《文化传承·星耀全球》线上启动仪式于今日（2026年6月9日）晚上9时通过腾讯会议平台向全球同步直播。本届活动由舞动舞蹈学院主办、国际表演者公会（IPA）联办，是马来西亚首个且唯一获得联合国教科文组织国际舞蹈理事会（CID-UNESCO）官方支持伙伴认可的全球华人才艺展演平台。

The highlight of the ceremony was an address by Ms. Eleni Kouki, Supervisor of CID-UNESCO, Paris, who delivered an official message of congratulations and full institutional support on behalf of CID-UNESCO. This marks the first occasion in which CID-UNESCO has accorded such a high level of official endorsement to a Malaysian-based global Chinese cultural event — a historic breakthrough in Malaysia's standing within international cultural diplomacy.
本届启动仪式最重要的亮点，是来自巴黎联合国教科文组织的CID-UNESCO督导Eleni Kouki女士亲临线上仪式并正式致辞，代表CID-UNESCO向全球与会者送上官方祝贺与全面机构支持。这是CID-UNESCO首次为马来西亚的全球华人文化活动给予如此高规格的官方背书，标志着马来西亚在国际文化外交领域的历史性突破。
In her address, Ms. Kouki praised the dedication of Malaysian Chinese cultural artists and expressed her anticipation for the live in-person showcase to be held in Kuala Lumpur in August 2026. She extended warm wishes to all participants joining from around the world.

Founded in 1973, CID-UNESCO is the highest international authority in the field of dance and cultural arts, with membership spanning more than 1,150 organisations across the globe.

★ About the 5th Global Chinese Voices United关于第五届全球华人共此声
Now in its fifth consecutive year, the Global Chinese Voices United is an open, annual Chinese cultural performing arts platform welcoming participants of all nationalities, ethnicities and ages from 6 to 80 and above. Disciplines include dance, vocal performance, instrumental music, martial arts, theatre, calligraphy and more. To date, the event has engaged competitors from more than 30 countries with cumulative online viewership exceeding one million.
第五届全球华人共此声是一个面向全球不限国籍、种族、年龄（6岁至80岁以上）人士参与的年度中华文化才艺展演平台，涵盖舞蹈、声乐、器乐、武术、戏剧、书法等多元才艺。历经四届成功举办，汇聚30余国参赛者，线上累计观看量逾100万人次。
