第六届布鲁塞尔国际电影节（BRIFF）于2023年6月27日至7月5日举行，聚焦比利时和国际电影。三个不同的竞演、户外放映、大师班、回顾展、青年参与项目以及布鲁塞尔的众多配套活动欢迎所有的电影爱好者参加。
自2018年以来，BRIFF一直在银幕上为观众呈现强烈的图像和震撼的情感。今年，比利时首都最美丽的电影院将持续十天举办三个竞演组（国际、国内和导演周）的电影，还有回顾展、自由创作和露天放映。观众可以在一个或好几个美好的夏日，与朋友或家人一起享受活力十足的文化。
The sixth edition of the Brussels International Film Festival (BRIFF), with a focus on Belgian and international film is taking place from 27.6.2023 to 5.7.2023. Three different competitions, outdoor screenings, masteres, retrospectives, youth events and numerous side activities in Brussels welcome all film lovers.
Since 2018, BRIFF has been presenting their audience with powerful images and emotions on the big screen. This year for ten days, the most beautiful cinemas in the capital of Belgium will host the films of three competitions (International, National & Directors' week), retrospectives, cartes blanches and open-air screenings. Audience can enjoy the vibrant and vast cultural offer with friends or family in a (or many) nice summer day(s)!
6月27日，电影节以法国导演和演员Alex Lutz的浪漫剧《Une nuit》拉开了帷幕，并将以导演Sophie Letourneur的《Voyages en Italie》结束。该片会带我们到西西里岛来一次浪漫之旅。国际影片单元中，一部中国电影《缺席》（原名《雪云》）将在今年的BRIFF上亮相。该片由邬浪导演，已经在第74届戛纳电影节和第33届棕榈泉国际电影节上获得了最佳短片提名，并在第22届米兰国际电影节上获得最佳短片奖。故事发生在海南岛，讲述了一对夫妇在男主人公被监禁10年后重逢的故事。在面临困境的同时，他们试图处理好他们的关系，继续生活，弥补彼此的缺席。

On 27 June, the festival opened with the romantic drama Une nuit by French director and actor Alex Lutz and will close with director Sophie Letourneur’s Voyages en Italie, which will take us on a romantic trip to Sicily. Among other international films, a Chinese film, Absence (Original Title Xue Yun) will be presented this year at BRIFF. The film is directed by Wu Lang and has already been nominated for Best Short Film at the 74th Cannes and the 33rd Palm Springs International Film Festival and won Best Short Film at the 22nd Milan International Film Festival. The story takes place in Hainan Island, about a couple being reunited after the male protagonist’s10 years of imprisonment. While facing predicaments, they try to deal with their relationship, carry on with their lives and make up for each other’s absence.
It’s also a good chance to get together for people who work in the film making industry. During the BRIFF, all film professionals in Belgium or from other corners of the world are invited to discuss the future of European cinema through meetings and forums: its promotion, its distribution network, as well as how to focus on its core audience.
