张松柏，字:文俊，号:道登。1949年10月生于四川乐山。粉墨画创始人，非遗粉墨画传承师，中国非物质文化遗产推广大使。国学传承工作委员会委员，国家一级美术师，中国外事国宾礼特供艺术家，中国书画家研究会文化艺术委员会艺术顾问，中国国际教育电视台特邀艺术顾问，中国地名学会，红色文化专业委员会名誉会长。中国文化信息产业委员会:高级艺术专家，中国智慧工程研究会.国际教育交流工作委员会高级专家顾问，中国楹联学会书画艺术报副主任，中国下一代教育基金会圆计划发起人，国礼书画院副院长，红旗飘飘书画院学术委员，艺术评审委员兼书画研究员。首都书画院理事，孔子美术馆培训中心客座教授，峨眉山松柏画院院长。2004年起:粉墨画代表作“世界名人肖像”上百幅曾在四川，广州，长春，山东，浙江，北京等各大小城市以图文并茂的方式巡迴展出。深受广大民众的喜爱，并与各位同行专家老师们交流学习，所到之处媒体均争相播报，并受到各大纪念馆所青睐，用不同的手法满足不同的需要是粉墨画创作的一大特色。其主要代表作品有:《中外名人肖像》《抗日英烈肖像》《抗日名将肖像》《两弹一星》《中国20位科技创始人》《古代名医系列》《儒家四科十二哲》《历代高僧》及众多宗教人物和山水、动物等，品类繁多，红色与传统各成系列。2012年两次获得国家知识版权局认证！

Zhang Songbai, courtesy name Wenjun, pseudonym Daodeng,n in October 1949 in Leshan, Sichuan. He is the founder of Fenmo Painting, an inheritor of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Femo Painting, and an Ambassador for the Promotion of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage. He serves as a member of the Committee for the Inheritance of Sinology, a National First-Clat, a Special Artist for Diplomatic State Gifts, an Art Advisor to the Cultural and Artistic Committee of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, a Special Art Advisor to China InternationEducation TV, and an Honorary President of the Red Culture Professional Committee of the China Toponymy Society. He is also a Senior Art Expert of the China Cultural Information Industry ee, a Senior Expert Advisor of the International Education Exchange Work Committee of the China Wisdom Engineering Research Association, Deputy Director of the Calligraphy and Painting Art News of the China Couplet AssociatioInitiator of the "Yuan Plan" of the China Next Generation Education Foundation, Vice President of the State Gift Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Academic Committee Member of thHongqi Piaopiao Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and an Art Review Committee Member and Calligraphy and Painting Researcher.
