Submission Rules
1. Exhibition Theme
The exhibition is themed "Xikou · Village · Future". Artists are invited to createcartoonworksinspired byXikou Town (Longyou County, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province), covering itslandscapes, local specialties, notable figures, and cultural heritage. For artists unfamiliar with Xikou Town, reference materials can be accessed throughWeChat official accounts such as Zhejiang Future Village College and Xikou Future Villageas well asOther online platforms (by searching for "Longyou Xikou");The curatorial team has also compiled a resource pack for reference (see the end of this document or attached link).
2. Image Specifications
Quantity: Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 electronic works (no physical originals required).
Format & Resolution: Works must be in A4 or A3 size (JPG format) with a resolution of 300 DPI.
Application Form: All participants are required to complete the official application form (available at the end of this document or via the attached link).
3. Originality Requirement
All submitted works must be original. AI-generated works areeligiblebut must be clearly marked in the designated section of the application form.
4. Exhibition Scale
The exhibition will feature 200 works in total, including 150 open-call submissions and 50speciallyinvited works.
5. Eligibility
This call for submissions is open to art enthusiasts aged 16 and above, both domestic and international.
6. Award Settings
The exhibition will confer the following awards: First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Special Awards.
7. Exhibition Feedback
Selected participants will receive electronic exhibition brochures and electronic certificates of participation.
8. Important Dates
Submission Period: September 30 – November 15, 2022
Selection Period: November 16 – November 20, 2025
Public Display of Results: November 21 – November 22, 2025 (for originality verification)

10. Public Supervision
To ensure originality and fairness, all selected works will be displayed publicly for two days for review. Any objections must be submitted with supporting evidence to the aforementioned submission email.
11. Copyright Notice
The exhibition organizer reserves the right to use submitted works for non-commercial purposes, including publication, printing, and exhibition.
Should anycartoonwork be considered for derivative product development, a licensing agreement preserving the author’s attribution and commercial rights will be arranged.
展览主题：展览主题为“溪口·乡村·未来”。艺术家绘制与浙江省衢州市龙游县溪口镇风景、特产、名人及人文相关的漫画作品。不熟悉龙游县溪口镇的参展艺术家也可以搜索微信公众号“浙江未来乡村学院”“溪口未来乡村”以及其他网络平台中的“龙游溪口”相关内容。本次展览专家团队也编撰了辅助资料，供大家参考(见文章末端或链接)。
作品规格：
参赛者最多可发送2件电
子图片作品，无需邮寄原作。参赛作品大小为A4 或 A3 格式（jpg），分辨率为300 dpi。提交时，每个参赛作品应在文件名中注明作者全名、国家、地区和参赛作品名称。所有参赛作者均需填写报名表(见文章末端或链接)。
原创要求：
投稿作品必须是原创作品。本届展览允许AI作品参展，但必须在报名表中相应位置进行标注。
展览规模：
150件征稿作品+50件特邀作品，共200件。
征稿对象：
本次征稿面向国内外16岁以上的艺术爱好者开放。
奖项设置：本次征稿设置一二三等奖及特别奖。
参展反馈：
本次展览为入选者提供电子版画册与电子证书。

Izabela Kowalska-Wieczorek (born: 1956), a world-renowned cartoonist and illustrator, has won over 100 awards and nominations for honors in international comic competitions. She has served as a judge in 32 international comic competitions.
保加利亚瓦莱克斯•亚历山德罗夫（Walex Alexandrov）
保加利亚艺术家联合会漫画分会主席，担任国际漫画评委数十次。
Walex Alexandrov, President of the Cartoon Branch of the Bulgarian Artists' Union, has served as an international cartoon judge dozens of times.
中国赵雪峰
国际知名肖像漫画家，漫画作品多次参加全国美展。
Zhao Xuefeng is an internationally famous portrait cartoonist whose works have been exhibited in national art exhibitions for many times.

国际知名漫画家，中国美术家协会艺委会副研究员，漫画作品曾获全国美展进京作品。
Zhao Kun is an internationally renowned cartoonist and associate researcher of the Art Committee of China Artists Association. His cartoons have been selected for the National Art Exhibition in Beijing.
