UMPG旗下词曲作者Jack Antonoff与Cirkut均获得七项提名，Bad Bunny则获得六项提名，三人分别入围“年度制作”（Record of the Year）、“年度歌曲”（Song of the Year）及“年度专辑”（Album of the Year）奖项提名。

在备受瞩目的“最佳新人”（Best New Artist）奖项中，环球音乐旗下厂牌斩获四项提名：Olivia Dean（Island）、Katseye（HYBE x Geffen）、Leon Thomas（Motown）以及Lola Young（Island）。这充分彰显了环球音乐长期致力于发掘所有音乐流派顶尖新锐人才的承诺。

环球音乐旗下艺术家包揽“最佳流行独唱表演”（Best Pop Solo Performance）奖项，其中Lola Young凭借《Messy》再获此项提名，去年“最佳新人”得主Chappell Roan（Island）则以《The Subway》入围。此外，Katseye组合凭借《Gabriela》获得“最佳流行重唱/组合表演”（Best Pop Duo / Group Performance）奖项提名。

Nine Inch Nails乐队成员Trent Reznor和Atticus Ross（Interscope）为电影《创：战神》创作的歌曲《As Alive As You Need Me To Be》获得“最佳摇滚歌曲”（Best Rock Song）和“最佳影视歌曲”（Best Song Written for Visual Media）提名。

Elton John和Brandi Carlile为电影《Elton John：Never Too Late（永远不迟）》创作的《Never Too Late》（EMI / Mercury / Interscope）也获得了“最佳影视歌曲”（Best Song Written for Visual Media）提名，此外他们的专辑《Who Believes In Angels? 》还获得了“最佳传统流行演唱专辑”（Best Traditional Pop Vocal album）提名。
