“可见的宇宙仅为形象与符号的仓库，而想象力为它们安排位置并赋予价值；这种想象力所应消化和转化的，乃是某种精神的养分。”
这座位于郑州的设计事务所，是设计师为自己与团队打造的工作场所。它不追求对外展示，一切围绕内在的审美与真实需求展开。设计的核心课题，在于调和丰富性与克制感、复杂性与秩序性之间的矛盾，最终营造出一个能激发深度交流的场域。
为了响应当下工作与生活日益交融的趋势，设计师主动摒弃了对空间功能的僵化定义。因此，整个布局呈现出高度的灵活性，可以根据不同的使用场景随时调整。从入口伊始，设计便跳脱了传统办公室的标准化范式，通过构建一个“屋中屋”的结构，赋予进入空间这一行为独特的仪式感。
In response to the increasing trend of integration between work and life, designers have actively abandoned rigid definitions of spatial functions. Therefore, the entire layout presents a high degree of flexibility and can be adjusted at any time according to different usage scenarios. From the beginning of the entrance, the design breaks away from the standardized paradigm of traditional offices and gives a unique sense of ceremony to the act of entering the space by constructing a "house within a house" structure.
公共区域的设计逻辑更贴近居家客厅。一整面的玻璃幕墙被引入，极大地提升了该区域的采光量与通透感。窗外市区商圈的繁华景象被框入室内，形成一种动态背景，为日常办公注入了一丝“微度假”般的松弛心境。区域内，阅读角、沙发区与圆桌讨论区以自由的方式组合，能够灵活支持从独自沉思到团队协作的各种工作模式。
The design logic of public areas is closer to the living room of a home. A whole glass curtain wall has been introduced, greatly enhancing the lighting and transparency of the area. The bustling scene of the urban commercial district outside the window is framed indoors, creating a dynamic background that injects a hint of "micro vacation" relaxation into daily office work. Within the area, the reading corner, sofa area, and roundtable discussion area can be freely combined to flexibly support various work modes from solitary contemplation to team collaboration.
特别值得关注的是圆桌区的背景墙。设计师利用回收的老式地板，经过黑色烟熏工艺处理，制成独特的木墙板。这道深色背景为讨论区奠定了专注与沉静的基调。在这里，客户与设计师的关系超越了简单的商业合作，转变为在舒适氛围中进行的灵感碰撞。人们得以在一个被设计充分浸润的环境里，直观地感知设计本身蕴含的能量。
Of particular note is the background wall of the roundtable area. The designer uses recycled old style flooring and processes it with black smoke to create unique wooden wall panels. This dark background establishes a focused and calm tone for the discussion area. Here, the relationship between clients and designers goes beyond simple business cooperation and transforms into a collision of inspiration in a comfortable atmosphere. People can intuitively perceive the energy contained in the design itself in an environment that is fully immersed in the design.
与之相对，内部办公区的处理则更具功能导向。设计师刻意降低了此处的天花高度，并统一采用了黑色台面的办公桌。这种设计策略旨在通过围合感与视觉的沉潜，为工作者营造更具沉浸感的人性化体验。不同的物理环境对人的影响是微妙而持续的，这一番显然经过深思熟虑的布局，更有利于团队成员集中注意力，从而更有效地激发创造性思考。
In contrast, the handling of internal office areas is more functionally oriented. The designer deliberately lowered the ceiling height here and uniformly used a black countertop office desk. This design strategy aims to create a more immersive and humanized experience for workers through enclosure and visual immersion. The impact of different physical environments on people is subtle and persistent, and this carefully considered layout is more conducive to team members focusing their attention and effectively stimulating creative thinking.
