我们的总领事出席了比利时最古老的航运公司之一——CMB（即Compagnie Maritime Belge）——两艘新船的命名仪式。“比利时矿产号”和“荷兰矿产号”是在青岛北海船厂建造的第一批纽卡斯尔型散货船。它们属于“欧洲矿产号”系列，每一艘船都由一个欧盟国家的名字来命名（以当地语言拼写）。

Our Consul General attended the naming ceremony of two new ships of one of Belgium’s oldest shipping companies: the CMB or ‘Compagnie Maritime Belge’. The ‘Mineral Belgie’ and ‘Mineral Nederland’ are the first Newcastlemax bulkers built at the Beihai shipyard in Qingdao. They are part of the “Mineral Europe” series where each ship is given the name of an EU country (with the name written in the local language).

CMB成立于1895年，已经是造船业和清洁技术领域的重要参与者。比利时在这一领域的专业知识也得到了广泛认可。

Founded in 1895, CMB has become a significant player in shipbuilding and cleantech, a sector in which Belgium’s expertise is also widely recognised.
