石仕興師傅，老同事，我於1995-2006年間分別在印度尼西亞，香港，馬來西亞和北京不同餐廳項目中的中餐副总厨。當年我正當盛年，日常工作中要求極高，脾氣也很大，不是個容易相處的人。多虧了石師傅一直包容和支持我工作，生活上我們也是酒友，關係極好！多年以後還是懷有滿滿的美好回憶，每次回港必須找時間見面的大哥！[鲜花][作揖][酷]Chef Shek Shi Hing, a 72 years old gentleman that had been working with me since 1995. He was my assistant Chinese chef from 1995-2006 and had been an important part of my formation years as Chinese Executive Chef throughout the Asia region from Surabaya, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Beijing. Retired in 2006 due to health reasons, but never the excuse of not continuing a lifetime friendship. Different pictures taken on separate occasions between 2018 and today, very happy to be able to catch up in Hong Kong yesterday once again!
