The Meaning of Striving.
Striving means that every day is hard, but each year becomes easier than the last. Not striving means that every day is easy, but each year becomes harder than the last.
Though the road is long, walking will get you there; though the task is difficult, doing it will lead to success; the slowest pace is not a small step, but hesitation; the fastest pace is not a sprint, but perseverance.
Better to work yourself to death on the road than to waste away at home. Better to hit a wall than to face the wall. Even the smallest effort, multiplied by 365, becomes significant; even the greatest difficulty, divided by 365, becomes insignificant.
Over time, this steadfastness and perseverance will naturally set you apart. Striving is not found elsewhere; it is simply giving your all to do every task at hand.
