歲數大了跑不動了,不吃藥是真頂不過去這個成績。去年還能以 3′45″/公裏的配速,用時 79 分鍾左右跑完半馬。現在不行了!
賽道上的風、心跳與喘息,都成了過往。從此收起步幅,放慢節奏,不再奔赴賽道。把速度奔跑留在回憶裏,換一種節奏慢慢跑。
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve lost my ability to run. Without medication, it’s truly impossible to achieve this level of performance. Last year, I was able to finish a half-marathon with a pace of 3′45″/km and covered the distance in around 79 minutes. Now, that’s no longer possible!
The wind on the track, the pounding of the heart, and the panting have all become a thing of the past. From now on, I will reduce my pace and slow down. I will no longer rush to the track. Leaving the fast-paced running behind, I will adopt a different rhythm and run slowly. 北京·朝阳公园
