球證喺G3走漏咗Wemby嘅犯規，而聯盟負責訓練球證嘅「資深副總裁」(NBA Senior VP, Head of Development and Training Referee Operations ) Monty McCutchen亦表示，唔會追加成F1犯規，意味Wemby會繼續以2分罰分繼續總決賽；根據規定，如球員累積到4分就會自動停賽一場，之後每多一分就會再停賽。F1犯規罰1分，F2罰2分。

“Certainly, we can all agree a foul was missed on that play,” NBA Senior Vice President of refs Monty McCutchen told ESPN. “Every game’s reviewed. We’re in the process of doing that… If there’s a clear miss, there’s a possibility for an upgrade. But it’s a ‘clear & conclusive’ standard, not the same as re-refereeing it.”

呢種危險動作理應升級，因為完全不必要，就算對手如何推拉擠撞，但本來籃球就係咁，必須要更好控制情緒；好似紐約力搏嘅謝倫賓遜（Jalen Brunson）上仗賽後就極為冷靜，當被記者問到事情經過，佢只係一句帶過"whatever you saw is what you saw"。

比起木狼嘅碰撞程度，紐約力搏嘅埋身波乾淨得多，希望球員冷靜落來，喺G4打出正常嘅比賽，都希望球證唔好再發雞盲，睇唔到如此明顯嘅犯規。
