写外贸开发信,哪些话不能说?

之前笔记写了外贸开发信的六种模板

❌ 开发信高频踩雷句子(别再用)
1、FREE SAMPLES can be sent on request
第一次邮件千万别主动提免费样品,会显得产品没竞争力,直接拉低自身档次,想寄样品可后续跟进

2、Hope to be a partner of your company
还没任何合作铺垫,就自称partner,既突兀又不专业,客户看了只会觉得莫名其妙

✅ 替换成专业得体表达:
1、We hope to work with you on any future projects
2、We look forward to a successful working relationship in the future

💌 通用高效转接话术
遇到info/sales这类通用邮箱,别慌!加一句转接话术,大大提高触达决策人的概率:
1、Is this something that might interest you right now?
2、If so, can you point me in the direction of the person that handles this?
3、Are you the right person to speak about this? If not, who do you recommend I should contact?
4、Who would you recommend I speak with to take this forward?
5、Are you the appropriate person to approach regarding this? If not, could you let me know whom to contact?

⚠️注意事项
1、主题栏简洁直白,拒绝花里胡哨
2、篇幅精简,拒绝长篇大论
3、不夸大宣传,用事实说话
4、避免一上来就催单、推销
5、落款信息完整,方便客户查找
6、避免语法/拼写错误
