The BMJ, one of the world’s top medical journals, has published a report by Willman explaining that US health officials deployed a flawed data-mining algorithm to track mRNA COVID-19 vaccine safety, ignored internal warnings about its failure, and sidelined scientists who attempted to fix it. Incredibly, the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were typically used as the background baseline for each other, so if both caused similar issues - like myocarditis - it appeared that there was no problem.
