印度工商部长戈亚尔：印度正努力发展与中国的关系

Piyush Goyal在新德里举办的彭博新经济论坛上说，“印度正再次努力发展同中国的关系，但这段旅程的最后一句话还没写好”。

“We are open to all countries around the world as long as we get a fair deal, as long as we ensure a continuity in the engagement, and as long as the geopolitical situation does not deteriorate. I think we had some concerns in the past. We are working to develop relations with China once again, but the last word has not yet been scripted on this journey.”

这是好消息，说明戈亚尔都知道得和中国搞好关系了。

关键转折是2025年4月，特朗普对全球发动关税战，和中国较量上了。印度官员普遍觉得机会来了，这把要发了，戈亚尔说是“一生一次的机遇”，意思就是取代中国。

没想到美国和中国关税摊牌对峙，大败不敢动了。更没想到美国转头就对印度加关税50%，欺负弱的。

印度官员普遍很受震动，一是明白中国很强大，二是觉得与中国对抗对自己不利。这就是最近印度官员频频出声，说要和中国恢复关系的大背景。

预计中印关系逐渐恢复，印度进口中国商品发展本国经济，海量人口需求大爆发，对印度顺差超过对美。
