It's true that many people are addicted to their mobile phones for various reasons. One of the most disturbing reasons is that they use their phones aimlessly just to kill time. We all know that time is money, and time is precious—once it's gone, it never comes back.

It must also be pointed out that most people don't actually feel happier after spending hours sprawled out on their phones. In fact, without a phone in hand, you can do far more interesting and meaningful things—things that create a compounding effect over time.
