A home is a vessel for living; guided by the design philosophy of “spatial minimalism,” rationality and tenderness coexist in harmony.

The starting point of design has never been the mere accumulation of styles, but rather a response to the true essence of life. Beginning with architectural structure and color, we preserve a sense of openness and clarity while establishing a sense of calm in the space; using materials as a medium, we seamlessly integrate artistry into everyday life. When needs, functionality, and aesthetics come together, the ideal home takes shape—a place that is both beautiful and comfortable to live in.

本案建筑面积约 160㎡横厅空间，整体功能分区清晰，入户内门厅进深偏长，由玄关至厨房需绕行数步，琐碎的动线在日复一日中折损效率；室内承重墙体分布密集，结构改造自由度受限，诸多巧思只能在此框架内从容落笔；客卫干区正对沙发区域，疏无遮拦，静坐时即一览无余，生活的私密感悄然流失。

This project features an open-plan living area with a gross floor area of approximately 160 square meters. The functional zones are clearly defined, but the entryway is rather deep, requiring several steps to walk from the foyer to the kitchen—a circuitous path that erodes efficiency day after day. With load-bearing walls densely distributed throughout the interior, structural modifications are limited, so many creative ideas must be thoughtfully incorporated within this framework; The dry area of the guest bathroom faces the sofa area directly, with no screens or partitions, leaving it fully exposed when sitting there—and the sense of privacy in daily life quietly slips away.

入户墙面采用不锈钢镜面处理，一镜两用：视觉上消解门厅的狭长局促，以反射延展空间的纵深感；功能上则兼具妆容镜之用，出门前驻足整理，从容得体。

The wall by the entrance features a mirror-finished stainless steel surface that serves a dual purpose: visually, it counteracts the narrow, cramped feel of the entryway by using reflections to create a sense of depth; functionally, it doubles as a vanity mirror, allowing you to pause and tidy up before heading out, ensuring you look polished and put-together.

厨房局部退让，入户侧移门直连玄关与厨房，归家放食材、清洁洗手无需绕路；公区侧玻璃移门联通客厅，互动与便捷兼得。配合冰箱高柜与鞋衣柜形成独立体块，门厅与厨房之间自此多出一条灵巧的小环绕动线。

The kitchen has been slightly set back, and a sliding door on the entryway side connects the foyer directly to the kitchen, eliminating the need to take a detour when putting away groceries or washing up upon returning home. A glass sliding door on the living area side connects to the living room, offering both interaction and convenience. Together with the tall refrigerator cabinet and the shoe and clothing closet, these elements form a distinct unit, creating a clever, compact circulation path between the foyer and the kitchen.

公区摒弃传统固定式家具，选用模块组合沙发，并搭配一组DIY铝型材带万向轮长案桌，构成一套可自由拆分、随意迁跃的“移动系统”。家具不再是被动陈列，而是依循生活场景与互动需求灵活重组，让行走路径在推拉之间自然而然地流畅起来。对于原客厅与阳台之间不可规避的原生承重墙体与梁体，设计并未刻意遮掩，而是以不锈钢镜面材质进行整体包裹。借由镜面反射将结构的实体体量虚化，使之遁形于光影流转之间——实体犹在，而压迫感已然消弭，空间由此得以延展。

The common areas have moved away from traditional fixed furniture, opting instead for modular sofas paired with a DIY aluminum-framed long table on casters to form a “mobile system” that can be freely disassembled and rearranged. Furniture is no longer a passive display but is flexibly reconfigured according to living scenarios and interactive needs, allowing walking paths to flow naturally as the pieces are pushed and pulled.Rather than attempting to conceal the original load-bearing walls and beams—which were unavoidable between the original living room and the balcony—the design fully encases them in mirror-finished stainless steel. The reflective surface makes the structural elements appear ethereal, allowing them to fade into the interplay of light and shadow—the structures remain physically present, yet the sense of oppression is eliminated, thereby expanding the spatial perception.

空间光影由天花等距分布的18盏射灯统领，环形布光无死角、无暗区，行走其间光线始终柔和如一。

在收纳维度，设计将所有琐碎功能——零食、餐边、家政、洗衣、打印、晾晒——尽数藏入公区的一组深柜之中。关上门，立面整洁无扰；打开门，所需触手可及，主要操作区域高度集中，效率与美观兼得。

The play of light and shadow in the space is orchestrated by 18 spotlights evenly spaced across the ceiling; the circular lighting leaves no blind spots or dark areas, ensuring the light remains consistently soft throughout the space.

In terms of storage, the design conceals all miscellaneous functions—snacks, dining accessories, housekeeping, laundry, printing, and clothes drying—within a set of deep cabinets in the common area. When the doors are closed, the facade remains clean and uncluttered; when opened, everything needed is within easy reach, with the main functional areas highly concentrated, achieving both efficiency and aesthetics.

半开放式书房，兼得办公与亲子陪读的双重日常；墨菲床隐入柜中，拉下即变客卧。宋风格栅障子纸移门与折叠门组合运用，空间开合随心——开，则融入公区互动无间；合，则围合一方私密天地。

A semi-open study that seamlessly combines daily work with spending time helping children with their homework; a Murphy bed tucks away into a cabinet and transforms into a guest bedroom when pulled out. A combination of Song-style lattice screens with shoji paper sliding doors and folding doors allows the space to open and close at will—when open, it blends seamlessly into the living area for uninterrupted interaction; when closed, it creates a private sanctuary.

卧室方正有度，床尾以整面衣柜形成收纳主力。空间利用率最大化之余，内部按悬挂、叠放、抽屉等模块精细分区，存取一目了然，日常收纳高效且从容。

The bedroom features a well-proportioned, square layout, with a full-wall wardrobe at the foot of the bed serving as the primary storage solution. While maximizing space utilization, the interior is meticulously divided into sections for hanging, folding, and drawers, making it easy to see what’s inside at a glance and ensuring efficient, hassle-free daily organization.

飘窗读书角｜借一窗自然光，安放阅读与沉思。软垫、书架，围合出家中最松弛的一隅；

Bay Window Reading Nook | Harnessing natural light from the window to create a space for reading and reflection. Cushions and bookshelves come together to form the most relaxing corner of the home;

飘窗一侧，动态办公与静态休憩共存：对面加高台面暗藏抽拉层板，拉出即成临办公桌；侧边原台面铺设坐垫，静坐凭窗，悠然自得。

On one side of the bay window, dynamic work and quiet relaxation coexist: the raised countertop across from it conceals a pull-out shelf that transforms into a makeshift desk when extended; cushions are placed on the original countertop along the side, allowing you to sit quietly by the window and enjoy a moment of peace and contentment.
