有害物质种类扩展：从原有的6类（铅、汞、镉、六价铬、多溴联苯、多溴二苯醚）增至10类，新增了4种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质（DEHP、BBP、DBP、DIBP），以及对电气电子产品中的这些物质含量提出强制性限值要求。

明确测试方法：标准中规定的10种有害物质测试方法与相应国际标准的技术要求保持一致，确保检测结果的国际可比性。

产品分类与管控要求：

1，将电器电子产品分为两类：

I类产品：纳入达标管理目录的产品（如手机、电脑、家电等），是管控重点，必须满足限量要求并标注标识。

II类产品：未纳入目录的其他产品，暂不强制限量，但需标注标识。

2，标识要求：

通过标识、有害物质信息披露及技术文档保存，确保管控结果可追溯、可核查。

鼓励使用二维码或电子显示等数字化技术进行信息标识。

3，过渡期安排：

标准实施前有2年过渡期（2027年8月1日正式实施）。

库存产品有1年消纳期（2028年8月1日前可继续销售）。

4，实施建议：

企业应对：建议企业在2026年1月1日前完成准备工作，包括供应链调整、材料替代和标识更新。
