一、“子院”的由来。

今天我们要说的这个“子院”不是在日本,因为日本的文化里有大寺院中之小院,称为子院。又称支院、寺中。今天要说的坐落在鲁西北江北水城的餐饮名家“子院”。在日本,例如禅寺之塔头,因为今天的“子院”的老板比较有文化,在院子的旁边又添置了一套院子,给自己的“餐饮”起了一个美其名曰“子院”。要是在日本的话,奈良时代以前,本非官寺,至平安时代,渐生贵族,私寺之情形聊城东昌府区这个“子院”是贴近百姓的一家美食之处,动中取静之意。

本院与子院合称一山、满寺、总寺,聊城的这家“子院”是在平民的住宅精美改造而来。在日本,一般而言,子院并不另取寺名,仅置院、舍、坊、轩、庵等称号,这家“子院”也有着鲜明的文化底蕴与美食特色,莅临“子院”的人都明白,老板人好,菜品绿色,环境优美,养心安逸……有的大师呓语为三字为金,故“金子院”“鑫子院”、“元子院”。
