THE 2025 BRADLEY CUP BEST OC/T COMPETITION OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY 🎉
美国🇺🇸陆军第一军（西部分部）奥马尔•布拉德利将军杯最佳观察 教导以及训练员竞赛在当地时间四月6日正式开始。来自第一军13支队伍分别代表第五装甲旅、第120步兵旅、第166航空旅、第181步兵旅还有第189步兵旅。首日的比赛项目包括基本装备整备、枪械校准、反无人机以及部队训练管理考核…他们还将进行行动后总结能力的评估。
该项赛事将在新墨西哥州麦格哥堡进行到本月9日，选拔出的最佳小组将代表一军西部单位参加第一军全军八月举行的潘兴杯比赛
烽火问鼎计划
The First Army Division West Gen. Omar N. Bradley Best Observer Coach/Trainer Competition is officially underway. Competitors with 13 teams representing 5th Armored Brigade, 120th Infantry Brigade, 166th Aviation Brigade, 181st Infantry Brigade, 189th Infantry Brigade, completed Day One events consisting of Warrior Tasks, Zero Range, Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems Scenario, and a Unit Training Management lane to assess how OC/Ts evaluate unit training.
The teams also completed the Army After Action Review lane, ran by First Army Academy Instructors, assessing our OC/T's ability to provide feedback for training audience sustainment and improvement consideration. The Bradley Cup Best OC/T Competition is an annual event held at Camp McGregor, New Mexico, April 6-9 that identifies the best officer and noncommissioned officer OC/T team to move onto the First Army Pershing Cup Competition August 2025.
